Land or House Buying and Selling

We manage the sale or purchase of land and houses on a client's behalf, including for clients living abroad who cannot attend to it themselves.

Building Design

Our design team drafts and details buildings for construction, working within your plot, budget, and the local approval requirements from the outset.

House Investment

You provide the land and half of the construction cost. We provide the other half and build. You repay our share in installments over two to three years after the building is handed over.

Building Construction

Structural engineering is done by our own engineers, not subcontracted out, and we assess the construction value of a build before work begins, so cost and design are agreed at the same table rather than renegotiated on site.
