On a House Investment project you put up 50% of the construction cost and we put up the other 50% and build. You repay our half in installments over two to three years, once the building is complete.

Kashban Associate covers the remaining 50% and builds. Our capital carries the project to completion.

You repay after handover

Repayment on our half begins once the building is finished, in installments across two to three years.

Land, design, and the build itself.

We develop land, design buildings, build them, and buy and sell property on a client's behalf. Structural engineering and construction valuation are done in-house, not handed off to a third party.
